The sophisticated villa is located in a quiet area between Dénia and Oliva and is tailor-made for your most enjoyable days of the year.
Nearby you can find a supermarket, restaurants, many sights to see for the whole family and - of course - the sky-blue sea! The closest airports are Alicante and Valencia. It is certainly just as possible to get to Villa Rio Mar by car.
The villa is well suited for families with and without dogs, as well as for travel groups. You can occupy 3 separate bedrooms and thus have room for up to 6 people.
In short: In Villa Rio Mar, you can feel at ease and rest in comfortable interior!

- Any external invitation to guests must be confirmed in advance by the owner or manager
- No swimming supervision
- No security fence around the pool
- Children: use of the pool only under adult supervision
- Dogs: use of the pool not allowed. Outdoor shower for our friends on four paws is available.
- Language of people to contact on site : German - English - Spanish
- Check in : 16:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h | High season only Saturdays.
- Amount of the deposit required by the owner : 350.00 EUR
- The rental deposit is to be paid in the following form: In cash on the spot or pre-authorization of your credit card (amount not charged).
- Amount of deposit when booking to VIP Villa Rio Mar: 25% of the total rental price.
- Payments before arrival are possible by bank transfer.
- Final payment on the spot in cash is possible.
- The booking price does not include electricity costs and is 25Cent/kwh. Your electricity consumption will be charged with your deposit.
- For changes/cancellation of bookings,
please send an e-mail to urlaub(at)villa-rio-mar.de - In case of cancellation at short notice (up to 30 days before departure) the deposit will not be refunded.

About us.
After a long time in the hospitality industry, my husband - the handyman 😉 - and I were hunting down the perfect place and vacation home to enjoy "la vida loca" several times a year. It took quite some time and many visits until we finally found the "checkered lily of the valley" among the vacation homes in Spain.
But since we would rather not emigrate completely, the house is now vacant for some time during the year. Therefore, we have decided to offer our pretty vacation home to families, friends
or small travel groups (up to 6 people). Your companions on 4 paws are welcome.
We put a lot of work and love into the house and exterior to make it what it is now. We feel very comfortable here and are happy when our vacation guests feel the same way.
